...ordered an item from the Euroffice website at 15:00 on the 28th December. The item was shown as 'in stock' and the site stated that orders placed before 17:00 would be delivered the next day.
I placed the order (paying extra for prioirty delivery) and was given a delivery date of 29th December before 17:00. I took the day off work to receive the delivery but when nothing had arrived by early afternoon sent an email querying delivery (the link they ... ...on the 30th. I rang Euroffice to check this and was told that no deliveries would actually be made until 2006 as their warehouse was closed. When I pointed out their earlier email promise I was told this was a mistake and that their website was clearly wrong!
Now, was this a genuine mistake or were they telling untruths? No one can tell. However, if the company is this disorganised I certainly won't be ordering from them again. ...

Advantages: Cheap As Chips, Fast Delivery Disadvantages: Damaged Goods
Euroffice is an online Stationary retailer akin to Staples and Viking-direct. Euroffice's prices are excellent and it has an extensive catalogue. Buying your stationary from an mail order retailer like this is considerably cheaper than the highstreet... although electrical appliances and ink catridges can be found cheaper elsewhere.
So far I have only used Euroffice twice and will probably not be using them again as on both occassions I have recieved ... ...unintelligble.
All in all, Euroffice would be a good place to shop if their goods arrived intact! The prices are good and the delivery fast...
I personally do not like their website... I think it looks amateurish and is not very easy to navigate.
Maybe the risk is worth it for the lower prices? The choice is yours! ...

I also do not have internet access at home; but I have internet access at college, the public library and at a friend’s where I stay at weekends so I decided to try ... ...ON SITE?
So I contacted EUROFFICE LTD on the “contact-us” section of their website. I explained that the paper had arrived damaged and asked them what to do about it. I also asked for replacements for the pens. The message appeared to have been accepted.

...Clicking on this shows that Euroffice sells more than just stationary! They sell all your usual stuff – envelopes, laminators, paper clips, pens, etc – along with an extensive selection of other items, including gift hampers, fire and security equipment, to name but a few.
There is a wide selection of every item category, with about 10 different options for paper clips and countless sizes of envelopes! The product descriptions and photographs are ... ...paying for quality items, but Euroffice is significantly cheaper than other online stationers and much better for choice and value than the high street names. To give you an idea of the prices, here are some comparisons from the supplier I used before finding Euroffice. Take Scotch Magic Tape. Viking Direct: GBP 1.39 per roll. Euroffice: GBP 1.29.
