Incapable. Would not use again.
Cannot manage simple web orders. They will send your order to your billing address rather than your SPECIFIED DELIVERY ADDRESS.
Then you will jump through Royal Mail's hoops trying to get your item back from the delivery depot.
I cannot cancel the order and get my money back until the item has been returned to Evans. How is that my problem? Because Evans made it my problem. Thanks Evans.
Would not recommend anyone use this bunch of simpletons for mail order. ...

Advantages: Has EVERYTHING you need, site is easy to use and secure, Excellent online experience Disadvantages: The shops are too far away from me.

Evans Cycles is a chain of shops that sell bicycles and all thing cycle related, from lights to tools to clothing to spares to ‘trick’ bits. You name it and Evans is likely to sell it.
The chain consists of 31 shops and whilst most of them are centred round London and the South East there are shops further a field with one in York (which is the shop furthest North) and Bristol (which is the shop furthest West).
Being ... ...on to the customers, meaning Evans are often the cheapest place to buy cycling apparel. As well as good prices Evans offers a great delivery service and exceptional after sales and customer support desk adding to the shopping experience.
In the past unless you lived near a store or was able to visit a store the only way of buying goods from Evans was mail order, which meant requesting a catalogue and waiting for it to be delivered, ordering the ...

Advantages: Big shops mean more products Disadvantages: To many to mention
...beginning in all of the evans cycles outlets. Although the aspect that is missing in all stores i have been in is the help and knowledge that you get in nearly all independant cycling shops. The feel i get when i walk into and evans cycle shop is a feeling that i might get talked into to buying things that i dont need and that i will not actually get any real help to what i really want. I recently visited one of there shops in central london and ... ...cycling shop near to this evans cycle shop and asked them the same question and they told me so many things to try and if those things didnt work then i should bring in my bike so they could have a look. While in this shop I noticed that there was a significant diference in the prices. The independent shop was upto £15 cheaper on some items and these items were less than £100. Silly things like inner tubes were half the price of Evans Cheapest Version. ...
