dont waste your time and...
all we wanted was a small diesel car in fair condition, we paid probably more for the three yr old car as it had full service history, which we never received. we ordered the car to be brought to the showroom near us 3 days later but it turned up 7 days later then was damaged on the door and had to stay for 4 more days when we got it it should have had mats included but had none so we had to call back again the next day but the salesman forgot to pick them up so we had to go to another garage to get them ourselves, at this point we mentioned no service book was included and were told they would get in touch as it must have been left in servicing when it was checked and new tyres put on for us, at which we were pleased that they had gone to the trouble but we still 9 mths later have had no service book and having had our first service through them (having bought the 2yr used car service package) found that it needs new wheels as the ones on the car are buckled and as we has new tyres on when bought have never had reason to take the covers off to see this fault which will cost us a further £400 to replace. get no answer to phone calls, email or letters to both the showroom or pendragon who owns them.
very helpful until they get your money then they dont want to know.
