Dear Henry Ford,

Please remove the Blue Oval from this dealer, they are completely useless and rude with it, they don't return calls and definately don't want to sell you a car.
i called this morning at 8.30am to enquire about a ex demonstrator, was told the Sales team don't come in till after 9.00 by a receptionist but i'll get one of them to ring you. waited till 1.00 pm and i rang again, receptionist now has terrible attitude to customer after i say no phone call recieved yet despite earlier call promising one. At 3.30pm get a phone call from "Kim" can i help you?..........erh no! Your not professional and don't want my business.
An utter shower of horse manure is the best way to describe them. I know what i'm talking about as i have worked in the Motor Industry for 33 years, 8 of those years as a Ford Motor Company Engineer. The cars are Great, this dealer is a liability, remove the badge.
