Being able to deliver machines which stand up to every day use (even in extreme conditions such as GP's surgeries) is one of Evesham's strong points.
As well as using Evesham at home, we also use them at work. The machines have good BRANDED components, and every machine is completely customisable on the website.
All but the cheapest machines come with 2 years warranty on site -3rd year is return to base - (which can be upgraded for £29 to 3 years on site)and with a non 09xx number phone support.
When I have had to use support (rarely) the phone is answered quickly and the staff are very knowledgable.
The Serial Number of your machine is used by support so that they are able to see exactly what build your machine is and advise accordingly.
Once reason that the support is so good is that Evesham (unlike most other PC Manufacturers) directly employ their field engineers. The engineers are always courteous and very knowledgable, and I have never known them to need to return to a site due to lack of parts.
I would suggest that if you need a good solid machine with good performance, then Evesham will not disappoint. However, if you want the fastest machine on the planet then you need to look elsewhere. Generally FPS is good in all games, and benchmarks (eg 3D Mark etc) will not disappoint.
I heartily recommend the machines and the company. Although they have shops in a few locations, the easiest way to place orders etc is via rthe website. In line with the notes on this site, i will not include the link, but it is basically the company name followed by ".com"!
The website has been recently redesigned to make it easier to navigate and I find it quite intuative.
Although I have had a problem once when orderign from Evesham - it was in the run up to Xmas and they ran out of a processor - they were willing to discount the price of the slightly slower processor to make up for this so that I had the machine in time for Xmas. I could have waited for the faster processor, but it was only 0.1GHz speed difference, and they discounted by over £100 so I thought this was fair.
They take a full compliment of credit cards online, and are even able to offer financing in some cases. However, credit cards often work out cheaper!
Once again (having purchased over 100 machines from them!) I can say that this company offers excellent value for money.
