    Exo Terra is well known for it's quality brand of reptile keeping products, and the Liquid crystal thermometer is no exception. The item is basically an alternative to the inexpensive analogue thermometers offered by the company, and work in a similar way. The main difference is that the thermometers are in the style of a long strip, and use a liquid crystal display based on the current temperature. The main advantage with this thermometer is that it can also be used to measure water temperature, meaning it can be used for aquariums or aquatic reptiles.
