I first bought this SD card for storage on my mobile phone. I hadn't ever used a transflash adapter before and I did have to do a bit of research to find out what the two parts were for. Basically, the smaller part (see picture) can be put into phones and other small electrical products and can store up to 128MB worth of data (or more if you buy a card with a greater capacity). The beauty of the transflash adapter however, is the ... ...the larger adapter and then used on larger electrical equipment such as a computer or a PS3. Advantages
This gives many advantages. The small memory card can be permanently placed inside the adapter and used for storage as you would with a USB memory stick.
