WOW! What an amazing piece of equipment. I was bought the WiiFit for my 34th birthday and so far have been on the fitboard everyday. I have found the weight and BMI to be very accurate and have certainly been using muscles that have not been used for a long, long time - after a couple of days it was a real struggle to get my legs moving as they were aching so much. Not sure if this will help in my mission to loose weight but it is certainly fun to use.
The longer you spend on the Will FitBoard the more exercises are opened up for you in the four categories; yoga, muscle, balance and aerobic so there is plenty to keep you occupied.

Our WiiFit was brought as a birthday present for my 9 year old brother, although to be honest it was probably more of a gift to us!!
What is a 'WiiFit'?
Before explaining what a WiiFit is, I will explain the equipment you will need for it. The WiiFit works on a Nintendo Wii - the Wii is a games console, which uses a handheld remote for interactive play (simulating tennis etc). The Wiifitboard is not only an amazing piece of exercise equipment but has the enjoyment factor too. The package includes; The board, Wiifit disc and setup instructions with disc (although contents may be different from my purchase). Setup of this product is quick and self explanatory meaning you dont have to be a techno whizz to know what your doing. There are many features on Wiifit allowing you to monitor weight, BMI, fitness age and also your progress throught the year. There is also a traning option which lets you play and compete in aerobic, yoga, balance and muscle workout exercises. The more you play on the more you can unlock too as the board calculates the minutes you have been on and saves the totals and results on score boards.
