I came across extele.com (or .net as they used to be) about 2 years ago and have used them several times since. The full address is http://www.extele.com. They deal mostly with SIM-free mobiles. For those not in the know, these are phones that come without a SIM card (the little chip that stores your number and identifies your phone to the network you're with). This means that you are free to use your own card, which is great if you like ... ...indeed moreso if you want to use several different SIM cards with the same phone. If you buy a phone straight from a network you will usually find it is 'locked' which prevents you from using it on any other network.
The look of the site has changed little over the years, becoming slightly flashier with little animations and new features but esentially remains pretty basic. You can find all the details about the company and their policies etc along ...

Advantages: Professional website; Low prices; Appear to be expert in SIM-free area. Disadvantages: Perhaps a little unwilling to enter into conversation with customers; Perhaps tend to only reply to 'happy' / 'positive' emails?

Unfortunately, I received relatively poor e-mail feedback on my enquires on the matter. In the end, I received a refund. Yet, it appears to me that this was largely due to the intervention ... ...that the refund was *not* simply the product of goodwill from Extele). In any case, this is speculation.
On the second time of use, I’m happy to say that my buying experience was infinitely better.
This time, there were no problems at all.
As a result, my review is positive, and represents my satisfaction with the firm. In short, basing my interpretation of the Extele buying experience on my second venture, I’d give Extele the ‘benefit of the ...
