Does the job!
Advantages: Uses 75 percent less energy than standard drivers. Disadvantages: Takes long to detect on computer
I just bought one of these from Argos for around 53.79 quid and it is a great product. If you buy this from Argos you get a free 2 gb flash pen that will probably come handy some day. The reasons for why i think this product is very good is because it does exactly what it says AND it uses 75 percent less power than standard drivers which is really good if you pay high electric bills. The design of this product is nice and stylish, looks nice, neat ... ...about this is that as soon as you plug it in it turns on, so there's no pressing any switches at the back. The only problems i have with this is that my computer takes a really long time to detect the drive (usually 7-8 minutes) and i have a usb 2 port aswell. ...

Need An External HD?
Advantages: 750GB, 7200rpm, Hi-Speed USB, Very reliable & Easy To Use Disadvantages: None
The Buffalo Drive Station Turbo USB HD-HS750U2 750 GB is a very useful external hard drive. I have networked computers so use it for back up and storage, which makes it easy for the networked computers to access the same data from one unit. The unit itself is well designed and looks good, its basically just going to sit next to your computer and is just a shell for the hard drive inside and for that it looks quite cool. The dimensions of the unit ... ...your PC.
Overall the Buffalo Drive Station Turbo USB HD-HS750U2 750 GB is a device which will save you time and space. I have found it to be very useful as a back up hard drive and storage of information which I want shared for other PC's which are connected to access, its also very reliable and fast. The external hard drive costs around £130 and is well worth it for the amount of space you get for extra storage. ...

Iomega eGo - stylish, affordable and shock resistant
Advantages: Good looking, small, lightweight, additional software included, can be dropped... Disadvantages: Not the fastest in terms of file transfer

I bought my Iomega eGo hard drive a few months ago. My laptop has only 40GB hard drive capacity and almost all of it was already used, which made it slower and slower and impossible to run some programs, updates or applications. I decided to buy a portable hard drive, easy to carry but most of all capable of storing all the content of my computer as well as many more files for the future. I had been searching for the ‘perfect’ portable drive ... ...sexy’. And so I did. Iomega drive not only looked good but also had a few interesting features and was recommended in computer magazines.
Iomega eGo portable drives are available for Windows and Mac operating systems and come in five colours: ruby red, midnight blue, silver (alpine white in US), genuine leather and black belt. The capacity options are 250GB, 320GB and 500GB (not all colours are available for each capacity). There is also a special ...

Advantages: simplicity of operation Disadvantages: none evident
...important data. I found the ClickFree device very easy to use, It carries its own software so there is no hassle installing anything onto you own PC with discs etc. The device functioned on plugging in installed the necessary soft ware and only needed one prompt to activate its first back up. This was successful and repeat backups take even less tme. My colleague's device also performed faultlessly. I have now successfully backed up several computers ...
