the problem what i talked about is about the box which contained the perfume bottle. although the plastic wrapping looks ok, it is very obvious that some one used the selo tape to tore the instruction writen inside of the box. I have bought lots of perfume from boots. it is the first time met such a problem. how can you say your perfume is 100% genuine and are all brand new. you expected me to send the product back in the exact condition that i received. ... ...did i know you did not send a perfume in new condition. So it is not practical to send it back with plastic wrapping. now i saw how your website block the ture nagtive comments from the customers. you can block any nagative comments on your website but not fool all the customers and stop them comment on the other websites about your company. i reviewed some nagtive comments on other websites which from other customers who had bad experience from ...

After 2 weeks I contacted them to advise that I still had not received the order and to ask for an update this. I was told to wait until 15 working days 12/12/2007 before anything could be done. I contacted them on 14/12/2007 and stated still non receipt, ... ...got through today and unable to give replacement or refund before xmas. I asked if they could dispatch the items first class or any level of guaranteed delivery and was met with a flat no.
Unhappy with service would not use again or reccommend that anyone did. Poor Customer service. The attitude from the chap I spoke to was not good either as he just said we have to follow Royal Mail procedures and kept talking about their contract with them for ...
