Eyecurl – a DEAD curl!

Advantages: neat looking compact product, may work well on shorter lashes possibily?
Disadvantages: expensive, doesn’t produce a curl, lashes get clumped, takes time to curl sections of lashes

I’m not sure if its available in High Street stores as I haven’t seen it myself personally.Though I think selected hair salons and boutiques do stock this.

.../> I now have the Eyecurl heated eyelash curler product that’s made in Taiwan and came in a small plastic box with Chinese writings and several registered worldwide patents on the back. The Eyecurl curler was accompanied with a tiny instruction leaflet. Early observation showed that for my Sterling £14.99 that price did not include a battery and I would have to supply my own 1.5V standard alkaline battery, luckily as it’s a common one I had several ... more

Long lasting curly eyelashes

Advantages: Give you long lasting curly eyelashes
Disadvantages: a little bulky for small make up bags

...heated eyelash curler. And this Eyecurl heated eyelash curler came up, you can get it through lookfantastic.com. It coasted about GBP17.95 when I bought it (a little pricey), now they have discount and costs GBP13.95 each. You need 1 AA battery (it is not included) to operate this heated eyelash curler, just slide off (make sure don’t twist it, just slide it) the base and there’s a slot to out the battery in, make sure you put it the right way round! ...
...will appear. You just need to wait for about 20-30 seconds then the red strips in the centre of the curler will turn from red to white. You must first use mascara (I normally use the transparent one first, in case it make the curler dirty) then press the curler for about 20-30 seconds (depends on your eyelashes) on the upper and lower eyelashes (it’s a little warm but don’t burn). It should be easier to create the natural curl when you apply the ...

Lifted pretty lashes- no fuss at all

Advantages: No need to damage lashes with metal curlers
Disadvantages: Quite pricey with needing to buy batteries.

...takes aaa batteries whereas the eyecurl takes aa batteries which cause the curler to heat up at a higher temperature in a quicker amount of time. When i had the model co one i was probably put off buying another heated curler, and especially that the eyyecurl looked chunky (didnt realise it took AA batteries). The model co curler had a green strip on the back which would turn yellow when it was heated up, absolute poo. The strip had pernamently turned ...
...I first bought my eyecurl in hong kong as it was only about £3/4 I just thought I might aswell get it as its so cheap. Then when i got back to the hotel and put an energizer battery in and turned it on and tried it on my left eye i thought WOW. The way it lift my eyelashes up was fantastic. I think this may work much better for asian eyelashes as they arnt as long/thick as western lashes. Still alot of western people recommend this and love it. I ...

Latest heated eyelash curler market analysis

Advantages: neat, fast and no fuss
Disadvantages: big, pricey and out of date

When I first saw this new gadget I didn't really trust it and I was right not too. Well, at least it took my a lot of patience and time and trying a lot of different types of heated eyelash curlers to eventually find the right one for me. This one from 'Eyecurl' is priced at £15.95 and for that price I would have expected a bit more. Why? Let me explain: There are many different models out there, they vary in shape, size and curling method. 1. One ...
...the traditional eyelash curler but with the heat functionality. It's not very comfortable and everyone remembers the pain when you first pinch your eyelid with that thing. 2. Then there are the ones like this one heated brush which perms the eyelashes and curls them through heat. Not only is this a more natural method to curl your eyelashes but it also has a more lasting effect. There are many different curles with different shapes which come with ...

Eyecurl does work!

Advantages: Really does give you great curl!
Disadvantages: Takes time!

...old one breaks! This Eyecurl takes patience. At the moment I am going through different mascaras trying to find the perfect one. The Eyecurl is good for getting rid of clumpy mascara on your lashes as it melts the mascara. If you glide it slowly across your lash it becomes really good coverage! I am Chinese and have dead straight lashes so it's been difficult for me to curl my lashes. Normal eyelash curlers can be a bit dangerous as you can accidentally ...
...wasn't good enough. Eyecurl uses heat to curl the lashes and you're meant to leave the Eyecurl on the lash, sort of bending it up. To get the curl, you leave it there for sometime, checking on the progress. Unfortunately it does take sometime. So if you are in a rush, Eyecurl won't be the curler for you. My tip for you, if you want to get it cheap. If you ever go on holiday to Hong Kong, you can get it really cheap in beauty shops like Sasa or ...

Waterproof or not?

Advantages: Non clumpy, waterproof and great coverage!
Disadvantages: removing needs a bit of work

my lashes. Since I use more than one mascara, this has to be the best. It's easy to apply and it only takes me a couple of seconds on each lash. Good for when you're in a rush! I use this mascara after using the Eyecurl (heated eyelash curler) and it gives my lashes a great finish! Removing the mascara is OK. I thought it would be tough but it wasn't too bad. I use wipes at the moment and it works well. Just hold your soaked cotton wool or wipe over eyes for a bit to soak it in and sweep it over closed eyes. The mascara comes off but sometimes gets on to the surrounding eye area so a wipe around is needed. There have been times when I had mascara on after removing it so can be a toughie! This is definitely the best mascara I've used so far! I have heard of a mascara by Kanebo called Kanebo 38* Silk Performance. I have heard it ...
