Lie back and relax

Advantages: deep down cleansing, pleasant heating feeling
Disadvantages: Having a bluey/grey face for 3 minutes!

I work in London and my skin really seems to suffer from all the pollution. This product stated that it would enable deep down cleaning, so I thought it would do the job drawing out some of the gunk I seem to attract travelling to and from work. (I think it is initially aimed at oily/spotty skin) It was £3.74 from Boots and comes in a 75ml tube that stands on its click open lid (also handy as you can squeeze those last little bits out at the end!) ...

bubble bubbke, steam not trouble

Advantages: decongesting, cleansing, refreshing, soothing, just great
Disadvantages: cannot use essential oils in it

The Visiq facial sauna is a great mucus reliever. Moistening the airways and softening stuff, to help clear them out. This is why I bought one. I also bought a bionaire humidifier for the bedroom for the same reason. I have window open but that does not mean the air stays moister in my place. There is so much pollution out there its usually drier still!! I digress, this is about the facial steam sauna... I cannot use decongestants because of heart ...

Advantages: The facial sauna is fantastic for cleansing your skin, especially if acne prone
Disadvantages: If you're not careful, your skin could become rather sensitive, the water does get HOT
