Review of Garnier Synergie Stop Anti-Ageing Daily Moisturiser

Great day cream - non-greasy too!

Advantages: Smoother skin and great price
Disadvantages: None really

I bought this day cream on the back of Davina's adverts - she looks great for her age so she must be doing something right! I also have several other products in this range, so I thought I'd give it a try. I was please with the cream after the first use. it sinks in quickly unlike other creams that claim to be light, but actually sit on the surface of the skin. I found it to be a good base for make up too, although I would recommend waiting 5 minutes ...
...my skin is fairly wrinkle free bar a few crows feet, so I'm using it more as a preventative method than a reversal. I do feel that my skins looks smoother and more toned though. Good for the price you pay. The only downside to the product is that it doesn't contain an SPF, but there is another day cream in the range with an SPF15, and you'll be fine as long as you have some protection in your foundation. ...

Pure moisturiser, would never buy again :(

Advantages: affordable, lovely smell, fairly good moisture level.
Disadvantages: Peeled off my face and did not absorb well.

I bought this as a back up for my favorite moisturiser while I awaited its arrival by post and I was so disappointed. I dont know if it was just because it did not agree with my skin type but it literally dried and peeled off my face! I did like the mositure level it gave considering its price etc but every day it peels off my face! Its awful and makes me look as if I have scorisis on my face once it dries!
