Brilliant Stuff Advantages: Easy to apply & great results Disadvantages: none that I've found Love all Bare Escentuals products. They give a very natural result that just seems to improve on what nature has given you. I always have very dark circles under my eyes, even when I've had plenty of sleep and this covers them perfectly without looking as though I've piled make up on. Barely Vitamins Skin Rev-er upper Advantages: Smooths skin before moisturizer Disadvantages: Chemicals involved to "peel" the skin, Expensive ~~About the Product~~ Bare Escentuals promote all natural minerals and vitamins in their products and this is what attract most people to the products because it is claimed it is the 1st make-up that you would acutally be able to sleep in without making your skin dry/greasy, spotty and unpleasant. The BareVitamins Skin Rev-er Upper it is claimed is a special blend of glycolic and salicylic acids and botanical extracts, however, these are not "natural" ... ...of a starter kit for Bare Escentuals products. I think at nearly £24 a bottle it is over-priced for what it does and while a little goes a long way and it lasts ages if you are trying to save money then just don't buy it. ~~Conclusion~~ It's great to try if you get it as part of a Bare Escenutals starter kit but otherwise I wouldn't bother. Great Face Coverage Advantages: Coverage all day and healthy/even skin Disadvantages: Quantity ...had an amazing experience with bare minerals. Make-up so gentle, you can sleep in it! Advantages: Gentle on skin, doesn't clog pores, range of colours Disadvantages: Doesn't blend smoothly wih liquid foundation ...much and lets skin breathe. Bare Minerals specialises in mineral make-up and launched their first foundation in 1976, so it has been around a while. Bare Minerals mineal products contains 100% pure crushed minerals and i free from preservatives, this is great because other brands such as Maybelinne and L'Oreal also do mineral make-up but it's not 100% mineral, more like 75-90%. Bare Escentuals = My New Love Advantages: So smooth on my skin, and looks lovely! Disadvantages: Quite pricey ...become a huge fan of bare escentuals beauty products over the past few months and so happy that I discovered this company! All of their products are 100% pure crushed minerals and are free from preservatives, talc, oil, fragrance and other harmful chemicals; they are so pure you can even wear the make-up whilst sleeping! After being very impressed with their foundation, I wanted to try other products from their range, starting with the bare escentuals ... ...brought two different shades. Bare escentuals blushes are available in a large 0.85g or a smaller but adequate 0.57g. I use the 0.57g which I will buy in the larger form once this has run out.
