Chanel Tient Innocence, a fabulous find! Advantages: Wonderful coverage and finish, many choices to match most skin colors. Disadvantages: Price point Recently, I rushed to the Chanel counter to purchase foundation, only to discover they were out of my shade in the Tient Fluide Universal. I panicked, as I was addicted to this product for years. The salesperson immediately recommended that I try the Tient Innocence as a substitute. I was apprehensive about changing to another foundation but allowed her to remove my base and apply the Tient Innocence in my usual color. I fretted that she was just ... ...finish was flawless, any red spots, unevenness, or discolorations were covered without a mask like feel. My skin felt soft and clean. I was absolutely sold! I have purchased three bottles so far and plan on continuing to use this fabulous foundation. Its hard work, but when I found the Chanel counter in Debenhams I thought I'd spalsh out and make myself feel pretty for once. It really was one of the best decisions I'd ever made because I haven't looked back since, I litterally swear by this foundations silky texture, abilisty to hide all imperfections and make me look ... ...plastic. It has a white Chanel Logo on the top of the casing. It also comes with a little velvet pouch to store it in. I found that in my makeup bag this got a little messy as it was black. Inside there is a mirror on the top of the case, the sponge lies inside with a clear circle plastic sheet with the chanel logo on to keep the sponge from messing up the mirror. What are you trying to hide? Mac concealer Advantages: Covers spots and dark circles well Disadvantages: None ...a concealer, which was the MAC studion finish concealer. When I went to the MAC store in Westfield shopping centre I was originally just looking for a foundation but when the consultant mentioned a concealer I thought it would be worth a try. I don't have the best skin and am always trying to find ways to hide my inperfections. As well as spots, which apprently I am not growing out of , I quite often have dark circles under my eyes. I also like that you can get one of the consulatants to try the product on you before you buy. The concealer as with most MAC products comes in a black box with the MAC logo on it. Why i love clinique stay matte sheer oil-free pressed powder Advantages: Doesn't cause break outs, feels and looks good, Is oil free, easy to apply, accurate shades Disadvantages: can need reapplying after 6 - 8 hours, some people might be put off by price I had never used a clinique powder before this one but i am certainly very happy with it. It makes yours skin feel so even and smooth and luxurious, it's well worth paying a bit more money because the cheaper brand powders don't compare. I don't think i would ever change from clinique now. What makes this particular product so great is it doesn't irritate skin or cause break outs (which i really suffer from), it's easy to apply using a brush or sponge ...
