Value for Money
Advantages: Smooth, even coverage. Disadvantages: Requires a lot of powdering to last.
...takes pride in my appearance, Max Factor Colour adapt Foundation is perfect. It's thick enough to conceal blemishes and provide an even coverage but not so thick that your face looks caked in make-up. Length of coverage depends on how oily your skin is but it lasts for up to approximately 4 hours personally (and my skin is actually rather oily). The foundation really does adapt to your skin tone, but remember that it is sold in different shades for ... ...a similar colour to your natural skin tone, but you can probably pull off a couple of shades lighter or darker (it looks natural on me whether I'm wearing fake-tan or not). I honestly would recommend it- I can't really think of many disadvantages of this product- I have tried pricier foundations before and received far poorer results than this little must-have. ...

True Match Minerals Because You're worth It
Advantages: Good covergae, light on your skin Disadvantages: A bit messy
I normally don't use L'oreal Paris make up. It is in the lower end range but yet seems to be quite expensive compared to other brands such as Rimmel and Maybelline. If I am going for a cheap brand, I will go for these. If I am looking for something a little more luxury I will go for Benefit or Mac. L'oreal Paris seems to be a brand that sits in the middle. This time though, when buying foundation, I decided to go for this brand. There has been a ... ...is silver and has the L'oreal Paris logo. The whole packaging looks fairly high end although just not as good as the actual luxury brands. To use the product you have to take the lid off and then unscrew the brush which is attached to the tub. When this has been taken off there is a tray above the part with the powder in. This has holes in and acts as a tray as the powder comes through it. This can be a little hard to get through to begin but after ...

Max Factor Lasting performance for every day use.
Advantages: It is very adaptable and provides reasonable coverage without feeling heavy. Disadvantages: the choice of colours isn't huge so colours may need to be blended to match.
Having used this product for a few years I have never been let down by it and in my opinion it is an excellent product for both day and night use. I think that it provides really good, even coverage and It is cream based formula that spreads easily. As I mentioned earlier it works for all occasions; during the day I add it to moisturiser for a slightly lighter coverage and by night use it as it is. It always seems to last a full work day or night ... ...option for any occassion, it creates a natural finish without being too matt or too shiny and doesn't feel heavy on your skin. Also I find whilst the coverage is good you don't need too much of the product, as it spreads easily so therefore doesn't run out too quickly. ...

The Natural Look
Advantages: Light. bright and airy Disadvantages: None
Max Factor Age Renew Foundation, that name has a promising ring to it. Read the details and Max Factor claim that the foundation can `make your skin look up to five years younger in a flash`.
Issuing that statement to the owner of mature skin is tempting to say the very least.
I am often found pounding the beat in our local Boots the chemist, usually browsing around taking a good look at the latest cosmetics, I really love trying out the testers ... ...stick, the mousse and then Max Factor come along with this lightweight foundation that comes out of a pump action bottle.
Ten out of ten to Max Factor for giving us an attractive and well designed bottle. The 30 ml gold and pink bottle is good looking and it is the perfect size to carry with you if needs be.
The Max Factor Age Renew comes in a range of six shades, creamy ivory, warm almond, blushing beige, natural, golden and bronze.
My mature ...

Super Natural
Advantages: blends well, great advice from experts when buying, Disadvantages: expensive
...steer well clear of the clinique counter in my local debenhams or boots. However, I had a special occasion approaching, where I knew there'd be plenty of cameras floating about so I thought that warranted a little extra expenditure on a quality, long lasting foundation to help keep any nasty shiny skin at bay!
I opted for clinique as it has a great reputation and I knew I could speak to someone on the counter for advice. It was really helpful doing ... ...so I could be confident that I would avoid that orange look. I was recommended the superbalanced foundation as I have combination skin - oily at theT-Zone and dry on my cheeks.
I have found that the foundation works superbly on the oily parts of my skin and does balance my skin well. It comes in a small glass bottle, that looks fab on my dressing table. I usually apply with my fingers as it's easy to blend, but alternatively foam applicators can ...
