...desperately wanted to try a Lush Face mask. The pots of face mask are kept on ice with a big pot of each in the middle for people to look at and smell. I really wanted to try this one as it had chocolate in (which I love). The others didn't really appeal to me. I have not used Lush face masks before, but decided to give this one a try. Keep it in the fridge and use it within the time stated on the tub! It is applied and then left to set for 5 - 10 minutes. During this time, the mask pretty much dries. After massaging the gritty mask with water and then removing the residue, my skin was softer than I remember it being for a long time, with a clear rosy glow. I love mint...mmm it's got such a gorgeous smell! I also love how they use the word "masque" rather than "mask"; there's nothing fancy about this item, though ;) PACKAGING This mask comes in both tube form and tub form. ...plastic - the plastic that you can squeeze easily, exactly like the E45 tubes of cream. To me, the design is retro - it doesn't look modern, rather it looks like a classic oldie. It sports white and green gradient background with a deep green plastic lid. The lid is of the screw-top type. Cupcake was the first fresh face mask that I tried from Lush. I'd never really been interested in the face masks before, but I was intrigued by Lush's 'fresh' face masks. Firstly, they are stored in the shops in black 75g pots, in ice. This is so that they are kept as fresh as possible, as when taken home, they have to be refridgerated. ...75g tub, which is supposed to last four uses, so it is pretty good value for money. When I got home, I used it straight away. I tied up my hair, preparing to feel pampered. I wasn't disappointed. The face mask was thick and surprisingly smooth. It goes onto your skin easily and it is easy to get good even coverage.
