Well after work we went down to boots and brought a 50ml pot for £5.99! This has got to do some thing special for that price!!

As I was growing up I started to get freckles! Now I wouldn’t of minded but they were only down one side of my nose.. As I entered my teens they appeared on the left side of my forehead. I could see them so I was sure every one else could too! I have tried every kind off foundation but I could still see them.
I was at work one day talking to a friend about my freckles and she suggested me try fade out, she had age spots on the back of her hands and some just below her ear! She said that she tried this and over the months had noticed a difference. Well after work we went down to boots and brought a 50ml pot for £5.99! The Pot
Ok the Pot is white with a brown strip going around it with the products name on it! However the pot is not plastic.. To me it feels a bit like china (but its not) and when dropped breaks very easily! I was looking after my 2 nieces who are 7 and 5, they are very much into make up so wanted to put this on there faces! Well any way cutting to the chase they started fighting over it and the younger one dropped the pot on my very fluffily carpet and it shattered into little pieces like glass! And it cuts like glass to… so not very safe
The product itself
The product claims to remove the following:- Age spots Freckles Sun spots Uneven skin tones Dark pigment marks caused by pregnancy or taking the pill.
Fade out is a medicated cream so it has a horrible smell to it! Now the old cream used to be yellow but they have had to change the ingredients as the media ran stories on how lightening creams such as fade out can be dangerous to women and men with coloured skin. This was because some products such as fade out used to contain Hydroquinone (often called bleaching cream) which was banned in January 2001! Hydroquinone decreases the formation of the melanin in the skin and lightens pigment clusters, which is why they use it for freckles and age spots but you can only now get these sorts of creams that contain Hydroquinone from your doctor on prescription.
Fade now say that there products no longer contain this! However if you do have a pot of fade out and the cream is yellow throw it out as the old stock does contain this ingredient.
Any way back to the product now! The cream is very thick and a little greasy, you feel a film on your face were you have placed the product but that feeling does subside after a while. You can feel were you have put the cream as that area will be smoother that the rest of your face, you can also see that the area that you have applied the cream is paler than the rest but my tip would be put it on before you put you make up on, then problem solved.
I have used this new cream for months now and I also used the old cream as well and to be honest I can say I have not seen any difference what so ever! The old cream however I could but only a little. I did find that when its that time of the months and I have a break out in spots I apply fade out cream just to that area and within a few days they have gone, but my freckles are still very much there and I have just learnt to live with them!
Advantages: Softens and Smooths Skin instantly Disadvantages: Takes a while to show fade out results
...even out skin tone and fade freckles. The box states that for effective results you will need to apply to the area you want lightened morning and night, for about 6 weeks to see results and then use it as part of your daily skin care routine to prevent re-appearance.
Value for money wise this is great, It cost me £5.50 from my local Savers and i have seen it for sale in Boots chemist also. You only need a tiny amount on your finger tips and it will ... ...as i knew that the fade out results would take some time. After about 3 weeks of this regimented moisturising routine i noticed that the dark patches on my skin were starting to seem lighter and less prominent and that the cream has also ironed out a lot of 'under-skin' blemishy type bumps on my face. This leaves your face feeling smooth and hydrated all day long and, if used morning and i can guarantee that this will do what it says and fade out ...

Advantages: left my skin looking amazing Disadvantages: a bit pongy
i found this in my bathroom cabinet left over from a few scars i had on my tummy from ingrowing hairs.
i decided to use it on my face as i have very patchy skin. within a week i was actually noticing a difference. i met someone the other day that i hadnt seen for a while and they commented on how good my skin looked.
i can actually say that i find this product brilliant. unfortunately, it is a bit smelly (sort of clinical) and quite a thick consistency, ... ...out of it a couple of weeks ago and havent got round to buying some more and my skin is looking a bit sad. i worry about using it too often though.
This cream comes in a white glass jar with brown writing and costs around £6, which is not in the same league as some of these miracle creams.
i recommend giving it a go, and i hope your not disappointed. ...

Advantages: Fades out marks, makes skin smoothe, evens skin tones does what it says it will Disadvantages: it can be tingly on skin
