Fairy Washing Up Liquid Original

Fairy liquid is now over 50 years old so that in itself indicates that it is a very good brand. It is a really nice brand and one that speaks volumes in the quality of all of the washing up liquids and one that works really well to clean dishes. This original liquid is one that I buy on a regular basics especially when it is on special offer as it was a while ago when I bought it for only £1.

It comes in a transparent, plastic bottle with a flip lid, the liquid inside is a rich green colour and it has a really nice perfume fragrance. It is a really smooth texture and it pours really well from the spout at the top of the bottle just perfectly. It does not drip from the bottle while pouring it into the water, it also pours well and comes from the bottle into the water with a simple squeeze.

It is usually priced at around £1.20 for a 433ml bottle depending where it is bought and it is available in larger sized bottle of 650ml for around £1.50, so good sized bottles for the prices in my opinion.

This one really does create lots of bubbles in the water and ones that last the whole time the dishes are being washed, they do not fizzle as some cheaper brands tend to do and has a really good staying power of which I love. The fragrance lasts a long time too and it washes my dishes very well and removes the grease from my plates and dishes, also it cleans my cutlery well and I find that I do not have to keep scrubbing them to remove the grease as it just cuts into it perfectly and so very little effort is needed with this one to clean them. Only a small amount is needed to create the bubbles and so a little really does go a very long way and that means the bottle lasts just that little longer.

It cleans my drinking glasses very well too and it makes them have a nice sparkle to them, it is very easy to rinse from the dishes to leave them with no residue, it just leaves them with no streaks and just a perfect sheen once dried. I find that my dishes etc do not have an after taste and this is why I love this one so much because some liquids can have that taste and it is unpleasant but with this one there is no problem with this problem at all.

I like to also clean my glass vases with this liquid, I just pour a little into the vase and add warm water and just use place my hand inside using a scourer to clean the bases and they sparkle also really well when dried.

This is a mild liquid and I wear rubber gloves to wash my dishes but sometimes if I am just washing a couple of dishes I don’t wear my gloves and the liquid has not irritated my sensitive skin at all. I have found it does not dry my skin and leaves them in a good condition once I have used my hand cream to soften them.

I think this is a super value for money liquid, it is very good value for money and it works, I think it is worth the price and it is affordable for a well known brand that prides itself in making nice quality products in my opinion. I will continue to buy this one in the future because it gives me the results that I expect from a washing up liquid.
