Disadvantages: Not enough to fill the day

Being not far from me is Chew Valley Lakes, which is situated to the South West of Bristol. I often drive here just really for a couple of hours out of the house, somewhere I find relaxing, and refreshing, especially on a bright and sunny day. It actually comes under the heading of a Tourist Attraction, but when i think of those words I think of somewhere that would fill a day, and plenty of things to do and see. There are things to do but somehow does not conjure up the word of a Tourist Attraction, here is a guideline of what there is. ***** The Lake ***** The lake as shown in the picture above, is a large reservoir, which actually comes under the County of Somerset, and as I said earlier is situated to the South West of Bristol. Dancing in the valley

Advantages: The most amazing Dance festival on earth
Disadvantages: the water situation

Dance Valley festival 2004 was the most amazing experience I have had this year. It is exactly what its name tells us that it is a dance festival in a beautiful Dutch valley (and believe me there aren?t many valley?s around in Holland!!) Where is it located? Dance Valley is located in exactly the same spot every year in a place called ?Recreatieterrein Spaarnwoude? which literally translated means recreational grounds of Spaarnwoude?. Spaarnwoude is located in Velsen about 20 kilometres outside of Holland?s capital city Amsterdam. How can I get there? I arranged this holiday to Amsterdam for myself and 9 friends. We flew by Easy Jet from Liverpool airport at the cost of about 50 pounds each (in order to get prices as low as this you have to book well in advance). Review of Dance Valley Festival Amsterdam)

I have little faith in this...

Advantages: An intriguing idea
Disadvantages: Shallow, crude, not enough efforts with characters and predictable ending

I'd added this book to my list of 'books to buy' after reading a review from a fellow Ciao-er and bought it with the 'Christmas books' and other presents that my mother is already buying for Christmas...however needless to say this book did not last till Christmas and has already been devoured by me...and so now we come to the reviewing part of the reading process!
