Advantages: Fast delivery, great prices
Disadvantages: I'd bought things elsewhere before finding it!

OK, so as a new (first time) parent I have had to buy seemingly thousands of things in a very short space of time. Cot bed, tallboy, rocking chair, pram were unfortunately all ordered before I stumbled upon the kiddicare site - a shame as I would have saved immensely both financially and in terms of aggravation. Dissapointed at such a big brand

Advantages: Huge selection, reasonable prices
Disadvantages: Bad Delivery

When I wanted a Christmas present for my (almost) 3 year old niece, the first thing that came to mind was Toys \'R\' Us, however I don't think it will again in a hurry. I joined this website when I had my first baby and I found the information and advice available invaluable. I found that I didn't have much support from my midwife and so I would log onto Bounty and post my experiences to people if I was concerned and welcomed their advice. The website is based around forums so you can post questions and advice in teh appropriate forum and then have support and advice from others who have experienced something similar. ...

What a shame

I discovered this web site in November of last year and found it brilliant, I found what I wanted easily and ordered it with no hassle, they kept me up to date with my order and told me when it left their depot, so you can imagine my dissapointment when I had an e-mail to say they were closing down. Excellent cot bumper, if a little pricey!

Advantages: Lots of choice and easy to navigate
Disadvantages: Prices seem to be getting higher and higher

I was looking for a particular style of cot bumper and finally found one on Mothecare. So many of the cot bumper around seem to be tacky, and not really something that I'd want spoiling a lovely new cot! There's not much choice our there for something that's nicely designed, but what there is seemed double the price of the others.
