You use the wii remote to pump the truck and balance on your feet to take corners. Another example is you are skiing and you have to ... ...great work out and has an actual exercise program. We got this game out at christmas and with the added fact you can play two player makes it great for all the family. We was in stitches watching the kids nanny run on the spot and make silly arm actions! One downful is I cant tell u much more about the game as sadly we havent had it out much since. The size of the mat means we have to store it somewhere out of the way making it an inconvienience ... more

A great work out and has an actual exercise program. We got this game out at christmas and with the added fact you can play two player makes it great for all the family.
