After buying a preapproved skoda costing £9000 I cannot believe how atrocious there service is. When looking round the vehicle there were several aspects that needed correcting and were assured that these would be sorted, a week later we went to collect the vehicle and nothing was done, (there idea of a valet appears to be a quick hoover and a spray of airfreshener. The vehicle subsequently went back in and we had to collect on the hour promty (because they had other people to see) a week later, after being kept waiting for 20 minutes with no acknowledgement from the sales assistant the half ...
