Very disappointed. Did not receive a free gift and samples which should have been included in the order. When I emailed them they said they were going to rectify but never did. I have chased them a million times and have been blatantly ignored.
Having spent hundreds of pounds on their website I wasn't quite expecting such a poor and rude Customer Service. Needless to say I won't be purchasing from them again and I won't be recommending them to my friends. They have lost a valued customer and a lot of potential ones. ...
