I actually wrote a review of Feel Unique a couple of weeks ago, but never got around to posting it, as my laptop was dropped and everything that was on the hard drive was destroyed. So, I have to write this review all over again. On the upside though, this does give me an excuse to spend more time browsing one of my favourite online shops, as I need to redo my 'research' for the review.
Feelunique.com is a website that sells beauty products and makeup, and is where I buy most of my skincare and cosmetics. I first discovered feelunique when trying to find the best possible price for a Bare Minerals Get Started Kit, as I don't want to spend more than I have to when buying something over the internet. Feelunique were selling the set at only £38.25, which is a bargain compared to the RRP of £45, and so I decided to take the plunge and buy it. Since then, I've been buying almost everything from this site, as the prices and customer services are so good that it doesn't make sense to shop elsewhere.
The range of brands sold on Feelunique is pretty good, as they sell cosmetics and skincare from most popular brands, such as Clinique, Bare Escentuals, Burt's Bees and hundreds more, so it's very likely that you'll be able to find your product of choice for sale here. The only disappointment for me in terms of brands is the fact that they do not sell dermalogica items, but since you can buy almost everything else, I don't let that bother me too much.
The layout of the site is very good, and it is easy to search for the products that you want to buy. You can search via brand or for particular items using the search box, and the results are listed alphabetically by brand, so it's fairly easy to find what you're looking for in the results. Once you click onto an item, the product page is fairly comprehensive and informative too, and you can easily find information on the item, the RRP and feelunique price as well as buying options here. If you're buying an item which comes in several different shades or colours, it's easy to pick the correct one without the danger of making a mistake.
One of my favourite things about Feelunique.com is the fact that the prices are very low, and since delivery is free on all orders, buying from feelunique usually really is much cheaper than buying items elsewhere. Delivery usually takes around a week, so it's not the quickest in the world, but not bad for a free service. If you can't wait a week for your items to arrive, then I wouldn't risk ordering from this site, but if you can, then it's well worth the wait for all the money that you're saving.
In conclusion, Feelunique is one of my favourite sites, and I use it often, especially when buying Bare Escentuals products. I've since converted a couple of my friends to Feelunique shoppers, as they were impressed by how much makeup I was getting for so little money. I would recommend this site to anyone who wants makeup, skincare, hair products, perfume or anything of that ilk and who wants to save some money on it, as it really can't be beaten. Many cashback sites offer 3% or so cashback on Feelunique too, so if you use one of these sites, you can save even more!
