It is made of cream coloured Plastic and it measures 35.6 cm in height by 27.3 cm in width.
It feels very sturdy when its standing my desk.
At the top of the stand there is a black clip which holds your papers in place. It can hold about 50 sheets of paper at a time. I have placed this stand right next to my pc and when I have a report to type up I simply put the draft in to the document holder and then I can easily copy the text from the paper to the pc. It's great as I can also organise my work load by using this document holder by simply putting all my typing in order of importance. When all my work is in one place I feel more organised and I know where everything is. Of course, this is fairly difficult, as these days most all DVD's are heavily encrypted, so unless you're a dab hand at decoding them then it's virtually impossible.
I know I've had numerous tutorials from my wife's nephew (who has a degree in Computer Science) on more than one occasion on how to use software like Nero and DVD Decrypter. But alas all to no avail, as technically speaking I am still almost a complete computer dunderhead even after 12 years or so since I bought my first PC.

If you own a copy of a game, music cd, movie or similar software then you are legally entitled to make a backup of that software.
