I bought my cherry red 2005 Nashville Tele from a New Jersey guitar dealer because it looked like a bargain - second hand, but new condition. It cost $389. After paying for postage and import duty, it cost me about £340 overall.
This is the best value for money guitar I have ever bought!
The finish is superb quality, and it looks every inch as good as any of the USA models. Telecaster purists may not like the individual bridge segments for each string, but they work better than the old style bridge in my opinion, and the machine heads work well with a good feel.

The Deluxe Nashville Telecaster is from the acclaimed Mexican division of the Fender empire. You should expect to pay about £400, although if you look around you might find a bargain!
What makes this guitar so different from other Telecasters is the fact that it has a third pickup between the two others. This, combined with a five way switch (taken straight from a USA strat) gives you a huge variety of sounds, from twangy pop, to dark melodic blues.
