Well, this car is a first time buyers dream. It teaches you exactly what you dont want in your next car.

I've had my Fiat Seicento for under 3 years, and as some may notice, I've bought and reviewed the peugeot 206. This is because I got fed up of the uneasy ride and the fear that a 40mph crash could fold the car up like paper.

The brakes are light, clutch very low, and the seats are uncomfortable. My car was supplied with a leaking sunroof which took months to fix, and also a faulty speedometer which rendered the car unsafe. However the latter fault took well over a month the fix and was only done so with the threat of legal action against the dealership. The fiat approved dealership were completely useless, and I always felt that I was treated differently for being a 17 year old girl. The car only scores 1 full star in the euro NCAP tests.

The good things you get are a reasonable tape player, sunroof, central locking, and power assisted steering. The PAS made it easy to squeeze the car in and out of the tiniest spaces which is useful especially in inner cities. The interior is tiny and very pokey. The fuel economy is also great, however the ride is bumpy and the engine is loud. The handling is unresponsive and doesn't feel at all solid. The car is also quite sluggish and needs flooring to get anywhere quickly.

It's perfect for a teenagers first car as they're economical, look pretty, and are cheap to purchase. However, the residuals are terrible and you'll be lucky to get half its original value after 3 years.
