Advantages Good fund management
Disadvantages Customer Service
The funds managers that deal with the cash seem to do a good job as I got a reasonable return but after that its a bit of a nightmare.
Getting your money back is nigh on impossible task. There is no electronic means of doing this, its all paper based. They require a considerable amount of information to be written to them and there no instructions on their website to be able to do this. Don't bother going on the website as you can spend hours on it and still not find any help on how to get you money back.If by some miracle you do get the paperwork done, then there is bound to be something wrong with it which they will take there time with and then contact you about. When you try and get back to them, that 24 hour time limit they put on returning calls will turn into days.
After that you then have to wait another nine days for your money to actually reach you bank account. In the age of electronic transfer how can a company justify these time scales to return money.
I reckon its easier to get money back from Inland Revenue than this company, that's a pretty damning endorsement.

Welcome to caio - I echo previous comment. Lucky you to get a decent return - we have lost money through our investments!
