Fifa - Euro 2000

England are out and the Germans are moaning - does that sound familiar. If you're one of the disappointed fans this year, you'll no doubt want to see who will win instead of Kevin Keegans' men...

The bookmakers are touting France and Holland as likely finalists, though in honesty, we should doubt the quality of France who have just lost to the holders 3-2. We all know that they won the world cup, but are they simply riding on the confidence from that, or do they genuinely have skill?

With names likely Zidane and Deschamps, you can't question their striking power, but equally Bergkamp and Overmars can provide the power for the Dutch. France risk danger though, in running out of back-up strategies - their Euro 2000 squad is virtually that of their World Cup group. Could it be that evolution will hold the French back? Non merci!

Other names to look out for include Portugal, with their deadly danger-man Figo on the prowl. Spain are always in with a shout, and are my tip for the top, especially after their sensation 4-3 win over Yugoslavia, which sent the norweigens back home. We always knew that there was norway they'd qualify!
