1. FIRST BROKEN BONE I was playing around at the local indoor swimming pool, a stupid game of tig. For some insane reason the game moved to the high diving board. I was 12 at the time and remember feeling high up and safe from pursuers. Suddenly someone appeared and I dodged under the handrail on the high diving platform. I fell backwards about 3 metres and actually did a somersault through the air. I landed on my back, smack on the poolside tiles. Result, one fractured scapula and clavicle. I recently celebrated my 14th birthday, and after discovering the '15 first' member picks category, decided that now was a better time than any to embrace the past, and relive some of the moments that helped to sculpt my personality. 1.
