The job I am in now every year used to give out a free pocket diary, so I used it to write down all my shifts and birthdays and a few extra bits. I didn't think I really needed one still. But slowly I was using my little pocket diary all the time, carried it everywhere with me! I was even running out of space in it so I started putting sticky notes and having a band round it cause of all the little bits of paper in it.
2009 was the first year I got my first filofax! and I love it!! At first it seemed a bit chunky. I kept thinking Ill never take that everywhere with me and it has a space for everything. I was like, I don't need all these pages! Believe me I was wrong! I do take it everywhere with me, it always has everything I need it in. Got lots of little pockets, pen holder and I can re-organize the pages to my taste and lifestyle. I have a leather one, every though it a bit more money it really does last. Looks like when I first bought it. I have a A4 size one which suit me perfectly.
The best thing is next year I only need a refil! Or I might buy another one to have a different colour! But I recommend one for everyone!
