This review is about the game Final Fantasy III for the Snes, it is an old classic game done by Square-Enix, but also not the best they have done. Some people say that Final Fantasy III is other words Final Fantasy VI, but those people are right, it is a complete different final fantasy. You can only have 3 people at once on each battle, as the old standard form of final fantasy.
The battling is you have choices of what you want to do, you can attack, or use magic, if you have enough MP (Magic Points). You have HP (Hit Points, Life) also, which when that reaches zero, then you are dead. The story line of the game is pretty simple, it's going through the game, meeting new characters that can be played and also trying to stop the evil that's trying to destroy the world. It is fun to play through, but it will not hold your attention for long like is brothers Final Fantasy X and VII. The graphics are really poor, but if you don't mind that, you will be entertained from this game. You can level up by getting experience by killing monsters in battles, and killing bosses. You collect Gil (Final Fantasy Money) after most battles. Gil can get you to buy weapons, items and other such things.
There are many items like Phoenix Downs, and Potions to heal you or bring you back to life. The graphics of things on this game is 2D, other words pretty much flat. The characters don't have much detail on them, and the cut scenes are not that good either, quite an old game. This game is very different to the modern day Final Fantasy games, as this game was made in 1994. Quite good for its time, you can find is re made for the playstation under Final Fantasy VI.The outside of the game, like dungeons and other such things, are great, really make you feel like your there. The graphics of the 2D detail is very good, in its day.
The game is quite enjoyable, but I would not recommend it with what we have got in this day and age. The game is quite addictive, not what I would call addictive, but certainly playable for a while. The game is very original, like all of the final fantasies. The graphics are ok, considering it's a 10 year old game. The sound of the game is ok, not that good, but ok still.I give this game a 2 star rating; it brought me quite a bit of enjoyment, but not enough for a higher rating. I think this game could be much better if they properly re made these games! I dont know how much it is, i dont think you can buy it anymore, but you can get the rom for it, if you have a snes emulator!
Thanks for Reading, and i'm open for any suggestions to be added to this review, thank you!DBZKing

I loved it - disagree with you on the graphics bit; I thought it had some of the most beautifully crafted visuals of its era, and was significantly better than any of the five that went before it. Still, you could probably make something that looked better on RPG Maker these day eh lol? :) tom
