Final fight is a beatem up it is not like tekken or virtura fighter it is a more like a 3D side scrolling alike streets of rage on the sega mega drive or the origional final fight which was an arcade classic. However this game does not live up to its predecessor as gameplay is terrible as you normally end up button mashing and killing enemies without thought and since there is no difficulty setting the game can be run through without dieing once. The camara angle can be very annoying making fights harder than they should be which is possibly a good thing as the game is simple. The world this game is set in is very bland it is boring repetitive and mazy leading to you running round in circles looking for objectives. The story is also woeful meaning there is no real need to play this game.
