The taste of summer past...

Advantages: see review
Disadvantages: see review

I usually like to drink white wine, but do occasionally drink red or rose. During the summer I particullay like to have a glass or two of rose especially on a warm evening sitting outside. I am also interested in trying out new wines and so it was that I spotted a rose that I hadn?t sampled before. The wine I?m talking about is First Capes South African rose. I have been buying First Cape wines for many years now and have always enjoyed them so expected to have a positive experience with the rose. First Cape wines are from South African. They are made from grapes grown in the Western Cape to be precise, about an hours drive from Cape Town. The area is known as the Breede river valley and has idea conditions for grape growing. The Cape of great hotel!

Advantages: Great location
Disadvantages: Not that family friendly

The Radisson SAS Waterfront was a great hotel situated on the edge of the Atlantic Ocean, with views of the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront, Robben Island and Table Mountain. Cape of Good Holidays!

Advantages: Beautiful veiws and gorgeous weather! Very cheap with exchange rate!
Disadvantages: Expensive flights, not safe at night!

This time last year I was in the beautiful country of South Africa, sitting by my aunties pool sipping Guava Juice, and letting the glowing rays turn my skin into a warm brown. My mum and I went out to South Africa to visit relatives, my Nan (Mum?s mum) my Auntie and her husband and three children (Whom I have never met before) and my Granddad?s brother (My Mum?s uncle) and his family. This was always going to be a holiday full of memories; I have not seen my Nan since I was eight and the rest of my family since I was two. We were to stay in South Africa for 3 weeks, we stayed in Durban for the first week and for the second we headed of to Cape Town, my Auntie although having lived in South Africa for 23 years had never been to this amazing place. So we took our selves on a mini bonding trip to Cape Town, My mum my aunt and I got ...
