Cool patches that feel hot and tingly to me!

Advantages: Easy to use, clear the airways and give some relief albeit temporary
Disadvantages: A great product to be used in conjunction with 'proper' medication

Migra Cool patches as used by a long-term migraine sufferer

Advantages: None I can think of
Disadvantages: Hard to find to purchase, small strips with a smear of gel that doesn't give satisfactory results
