This machine is fantastic !! I've always loathed dishwashers - hate loading them, detest unloading them and resent the noise they make. This one is different ! I use it every day and it's a pleasure. It's quick to load since you normally only load one half at a time, unloading it is no more painful than putting dishes away normally - and actually easier since they're lovely and clean and you don't have to dry them. We purchased our dishwasher in Decemember 2005 and had problems from the offset. The manufacturer and retailer argued over reponsibility for a while leaving us without a dishwasher that worked. Since then we have had circa 10 engineer visits and 5 repairs. We have been upto 12 weeks wthout a working appliance. The machine has been totally rebuilt and still causes bother. The main problem however is logging a call with Fisher and Paykel as without fail every memeber of their customer service team has been unhelpful.
