I rang once with the only problem we ever had and the lady said to check the filter for broken glass. I said that nothing had broken and it was unlikely but I would check and let her know. Glasses, cutlery, plates and bowls in one draw and pots and pans in the other. When you have a small amount of dishes that needs cleaning quickly this dishwasher comes to the party big time. We never ran out of clean dishes because while one draw washed the other draw was being filled with dirty dishes. Quiet, economical and safe around kids. Customer service was amazing. I rang once with the only problem we ever had and the lady said to check the filter for broken glass. I said that nothing had broken and it was unlikely but I would check and let her know. She was spot on. Wow!!
