Advantages: Looks Nice
Disadvantages: Doesn't work most of the time

...We purchased our dishwasher in Decemember 2005 and had problems from the offset. The manufacturer and retailer argued over reponsibility for a while leaving us without a dishwasher that worked. Since then we have had circa 10 engineer visits and 5 repairs. We have been upto 12 weeks wthout a working appliance. The machine has been totally rebuilt and still causes bother. The main problem however is logging a call with Fisher and Paykel as without fail every memeber of their customer service team has been unhelpful. I have waited on several occassions weeks for my calls to be returned. I have never been received an apology from anyone for the lack of service. It is difficult for me to give the product anything but a low rating as our dishwasher has broken down so often. When it works it is ok but no better than any other... Read review

Advantages: Auto senses dryness of clothes-no timers
Disadvantages: Never use my clothes line!

...I was introduced to the wonderful Fisher and Paykel brand by the New Zealander husband who couldnt believe I hadnt heard of the make. I was never one for using a dryer due to the time they took to dry clothes, noise and scorched or steaming clothes when trying to guess their cooking time. So with a baby on the way, my father in law used his contacts in the UK and got me a Tumble Dryer (at that time they werent stocked by John Lewis) I cannot say how please I am with this make - firstly it is incrediable easy to use - you dont put it on a timer like most UK machine you just put in the wet washing in and select the level of drying - light to extra dry and close the door , press start and it automatically senses if the clothes are dry yet. So no more damp clothes or incinerated to a crisp. Off I go knowing that when the machine... Read review
