brought this for my son for his 1st birthday. It is very sturdy though, very colourful, has mutiple sounds, spins, bounces, is very safe! it looks fun and good quality.
Over all i would definetly recommend and its well worth the price
i did state that it didnt take up a lot of room, and had a comment that said yes it did.... i would just like to say that for a toy that a child must sit and bounce on you should know that it is not going to be a tiny little thing that you put in the toy box... it is a reasonably size zebra with space for them to sit and hold and space for there legs. For a toy like this it doesn't take up a big space of the house.. It isn't big like a see saw or anything as such. Its a suitable size for what it does and for that in my opinion doesn't take up much space at all !! - the bottom is as wide as a kitchen chair and the horse is narrow and comes up to just above my knee !!
its 12 months + (so best suited for baby's first birthday :) )
developmental wise it encourages physical play and is energitic toy
as soon as he saw it he was smiling with joy, he was trying to play with it when we had'nt even set it up yet.. its pretty easy to set up! takes about 5 minutes. Was'nt sure whether my son would play with it and the get bored like the rest of his toys but no he plays with it every day... sometimes if he doesnt want to bounce or spin on it he just plays with the toys on it to make sounds. or if i place it infront of the tv he sits on it to watch tv which is cute and keeps him occupied. He is now 2 years old and it still gets used a lot... so well worth the money... whats funny is even 6 year olds want to have go ! when my niece and nephew comes round (aged 4 and 6) they both try and have a go on it but i am always wary just incase they play to hard as they are more stronger and weightier.
Putting actual size may be helpful in this case although your comparrison to chairs is useful, also info on price would be good as I have no idea how much one of these would cost. What sort of sounds does it make, is it loud/annoying? Hope this helps? If you add any more please let me know and I will re-rate! Rebecca Xx

I have to laugh at you saying this doesn't take up much space. It is huge. It overwhelmed my own house.
