This is an activity teddy (puppy) for babies from around 6 months.
It requires 3 AA size batteries which are included when you buy it. The batteries are enclosed in a compartment at the back of the puppy and if changing the batteries you will need a screwdriver.
It is made of polyester fibres, plastic stiffener and made in China.
On the puppy's left foot, which is orange is a mode button i.e. whether it plays in learning mode or music mode, it also turns it off.
If you press the puppy's right foot, left hand,nose, tummy or right ear it will be identified as foot, hand etc and there will be a little didlee de tune after it.
Press the right foot again and it will say yellow foot, a third press and it makes a galloping sound.
A second press to the left hand and it says green hand, a third press and it says yeah and then you hear a clapping sound.
The nose says red nose and the third press it says achoo.
On the second and third press to the tummy it says you're fun and that tickles.
The right ear being pressed says blue ear and woof woof.
(Each thing you press is that colour and it has the part of the body wtitten on it, except the nose)
If you press the right hand which is purple and has a picture of a note on it you hear the ABC song, press it again and you hear a song about colours (It's a great big colouful world), another press and it sings the number song (12345). The last song it sings from pressing this is Oh I've got two arms and I've got two legs.

If you press the puppy's right foot it will sing this little puppy went to market press it again and it says you've got my toes, another press and it says that tickles.
Press the right hand and it sings head shoulders knees and toes press it again it says hug me and you're my friend.
The left hand sings pat a cake pat a cake and says so big and yeah.
The right ear sings Do your ears hang low and makes some noise that I am not sure about.
The tummy being pressed makes it sing If you're happy and you know it, pressed again it barks and laughs.
The nose sings The itsy bitsy spider says achoo and you've got my nose.
If you want baby to play without the sound a power switch can be found near the battery compartment .
If the power switch is left on whilst the puppy isn't being played with it can be a bit annoying if you knock it and it sets off singing something. Also after you have just finished plying with it it sometimes says I love you and hug me. Although my 8 month old smiles and gets all happy when this happens.
My baby really likes this teddy, she isn't yet of an age to realise which buttoon to press for which sound just that it makes noises when she presses things and this makes her happy.
You cannot put this toy in water to clean you have to wipe with a damp cloth and can use a mild soap.
It costs around 20 pounds and can be purchased in places like Argos and Woolworths.
Although I have said 0-12 months I think it will be played with well after this.
