When I was a child I loved watching Thomas and playing with the toys, now I am a father my little boy also loves Tomas and friends.
I recently purchase a job lot of these take n play trains which included Charlie.
These lovely models of the train characters are very detailed down to the smallest parts. They have magnets on the front and/or rear of them and my little boy loves making the biggest trains he can.
There are always new trains being brought out each time there’s a new DVD so my sons’ collection will always have plenty to add to.

There are lots of play sets for these such as Tidmouth sheds as an example and these fold away into hand carry cases.

If purchased brand new some of these trains can be quite expensive when you consider the size of them, they cost between £5-£12 new.
So i choose to buy second hand from ebay at around £3-£6 each, although some do have light wear children never take long to do these themselves.

So I would recommend them but shop around.
