As our body is a self sufficient machine that means it will fix its self and take care of it by cleaning our in sides out and staying as fit and thin as we should be.
The body does this by using every spare bit of energy it has to clean the body and rid it off fat cells, so when the body has a major job to do like digesting food it has to stop burning and pushing out fat cells and concentrate on doing that.
The most energy consuming thing our bodies have to do is digest food, we use about 90% of our daily energy burning of food so the obvious thing is to use less energy burning off food so your body can spend more of its time getting rid of toxic rubbish, fat cells and bits of old food that have been lodge in your stomach for years, nice thought!
Here’s how to do this, I have read the book a million times, its really good.......

How the body works - Now your body works in three cycles through a single day.
From 4am in the morning till 12 midday your body in REPAIRING MODE this means it is it moving all the rubbish through your system, cleaning up, repairing and breaking down fat cells to get out your body, as they are bad to have in there.
From midday to 8pm your body is in CONSUMING MODE this means it wants to be fed to get the bits and bobs it needs, if you think about it is obvious too, as our natural instinct is to eat our dinner, last meal of the day, at around 5-7pm.
From 8pm till 4am our body is USING AND MOVING MODE this means it is shifting about any foods for the day and shipping stuff to its needed places and getting ready to go in to REPAIRING MODE at 4am.


So now you know what your body is doing during the certain times of the day just think how you can mess it all up by eating wrong. If you eat at 10pm at night you make the bodies cycles all out of tune. The body should be in using mode but it will have to continue in consuming mode as you are still eating so there fore you are interrupting the bodies’ correct and efficient way of repairing and maintaining its self. So bear this in mind when you feel like reaching for that bed time snack :)


Here’s the best food and right way to eat things - The more water that is in a food then the quicker it will pass through the body, using hardly any energy and letting your body carry on repairing and cleansing its self. This is what you want to achieve, you need to free up as much energy, not by sitting down all day though, with in the body as possible so that your body can do what it is supposed to do and that is CLEAN THAT FAT AND RUBBISH RIGHT OUT and here’s the right foods and right ways to eat food to let your body use the most energy it can on repairing the damage in your body and there for ridding it off fat.


The best food you can eat is food that is high in water as the water in the food will carry the bits of food through the belly and out the other side all by it self with out having to make your body do anything. Sounds good. And that food is fruit.

Fruit is obviously the highest water content food and if you think about it you will instinctively know this is true, think how juicy it is, well that’s the water content. It has been proved that way way way back in time, billions of years or what ever, the human race where actually fruitarians, fruit is all we would ever eat this has been proved by how there teeth where back then.
So I have told you about fruit being the best thing to eat and you WILL WITH OUT A SHADOW OF A DOUBT LOSE THE MOST WEIGHT ON THE DAY YOU ONLY EAT FRUIT AND NOTHING ELSE. fruit takes about 20min to enter the stomach, give out it nutrients and then leave the stomach, once it has left the stomach the body can get back to healing it self and shifting that fat.


Fruit though is all so the food that you must eat correctly. Fruit should never ever be in the belly with another food as it will turn acidic and rot. Think about fruit and how it turns brown and stuff well think what would happen if you put a great bit of meat on top of a orange, it will go all funny and basically die in the belly then the stomach has to use its energy to move it out so there for it takes longer and will take about 8 hours to shift. You should always eat fruit on an empty stomach, 20min before you eat anything else.
Vegetables and salad are also foods that don't need to be moved by using the bodies energy, they will move them self through the body and use there own water content to ship the nutrients off into the different areas. POTATOES DO NOT DO THIS THEY HAVE TO BE MOVED USING UP THE BODIES ENERGY.

So now I have told you about fruit, veg and salad please class them in you mind as a FOOD whilst you read the rest of this, you will see why, I find it is easier to think of fruit veg and salad as a food and anything else as a OTHER food don't forget that potatoes are a OTHER food.

Now I have told you this the rest will be so easy and you will find that you can eat anything, think of this and you will eat healthily and lose weight with no effort at all and even if you have a really bad day and eat loads of rubbish it doesn't matter because that is only one day, tomorrow you can eat as I'm about to tell you and shift all the rubbish and let your body get back to how it should be and start getting rid of the rubbish again and let your body start reaping it self and lets face it excess weight is a damage the body has to repair.

The main rule that you have to stick to is this. When you have a meal or snack and are about to eat it take a look at it and make sure it is roughly 70% FOOD and the rest can be ONE OTHER food.

Yeah so that is it :) all you have to do is make sure you have 1 part other and the rest be proper food, veg and salad as dint forget you cant eat fruit when there is any other thing in the belly.

so say you really wanted a steak MMMMMmmmmm all you have to do is have the steak, as big as you like, with salad and peas, how easy is that and it applies to anything, say you wanted some chips have a portion of chips with salad and peas, there nothing wrong with that and you still get to eat your chips :) mayonnaise and things like that don't count as the body doesn't have to break it down so pile it on :)

The reason this is so affective and helps the body is because... when you eat something like spaghetti, chips and fish cake for example, your body is releasing acid to break down the spaghetti and alkaline to break down the chips and we all know that acid and alkaline mixed together just neutralise them self's and turn to nothing so therefore it doesn't break down anything, the body will keep releasing acid and alkaline for roughly 8 hours and then it finally just has to push the food through to the intestines. The result is the body has spent 8 hours trying to move this food instead off being busy healing and killing them fat cells, the body also hasn't got out of the meal all the nutrients that it could have got from that food if they had been eating right.

now if you eat chips salad and peas, the salad and the peas will break themselves down and carry them selves where they need to go with the water that is in them and they will also help to move the chips, your body will only take about 3 hours to move that meal from your belly and this 3 hours is not using no where near 90% of your energy so it can still be repairing itself. Don't you think it is strange that between 12 midday and 8pm you can fit 3 meals in perfectly, a meal every three hours, and still leave a hour to let your body get in to using mode with no distractions and it is common knowledge that we are supposed to have 3 square meals a day :)

Oh and for those that are thinking "well I drink 8 glasses of water a day so that fine, well if you where eating how you should be with 70% food with every meal then you wouldn't want 8 glasses and drinking whilst eating is a bad thing to do as it will dilute with the acid and weaken it so there fore making the body work harder

Summary - bear these things in mind and you will lose lots of weight but more important you will repair your body and feel great, losing weight is just a side effect to feeling great and cleaning the inside of your body like you do the outside

-- Eat only fruit before 12 midday
-- Eat fruit on an empty stomach, 20 min before you eat or 3 hours after you have ate a correctly combined meal, 70% food - 30% other
-- Do not eat after 8pm at night as your body is in a different cycle and doesn't want fresh food
-- Always make sure you have 70% food and 30% other e.g. chips, steak, burger, omelette, jacket potato, lasagne, sausage veg and gravy, bread salad sand which etc etc
-- A meal that is not 70% food and 30% other will take 8 hours to leave the belly, so tat is 8 hours of wasted energy and repairing time.
-- A meal that is 70% food and 30% other will leave the stomach in 3 hours.
-- try not to drink with your meal as this will dilute your stomach acid making the belly have to work harder.
-- always leave 3 hours after eating a correctly portioned meal, 70% food 30% other, before eating again as the belly will be empty then.
-- Vitamins and minerals that you get from the chemist are not a good substitute for eating correctly.

If you really want to start this excellent way of eating right then they do say the best thing is to be a vegan as the human body isn't meant to eat dairy or meat, we are not designed to digest dairy or meat and this has been proved, I am not going to touch any more on this point as it is a matter of personal opinion and belief :):):)

Sounds good - I'm calorie counting at the moment and it seems to work for me - If I have a limit I stick to it roughly. I know If I wanna drink alcohol then I need to eat healthy that day etc. May take a look at teh site though - Helen x
