A superb product, if you are feeling run down for any reason this really does give you a lift. Remember this is a natural product and once opened you must keep it in the fridge and follow the instructions, taking double the amount will not give you double the feeling!!!! Floradix is easy to take being a liquid and therefore readily absorbed by the body. It even tastes good which is why people who are borderline anaemic for any reason find it so useful as it does not make you constipated, unlike taking iron tablets. Being a 100% natural product it contains no animal products and is therefore very useful for vegetarians who may have problems getting iron and B12 by other means. Real herbal teas with lots of flavour (update 2)

As you may have gathered from some of my other reviews I do like to try herbal teas from time to time. The other day I read in the paper that Hibiscus tea was supposed to be good for reducing high blood pressure and because my GP is concerned about mine I went to internet in search of Hibiscus tea! According the YOU magazine you can "Help your heart by drinking red hibiscus tea: research shows that drinking about three cups daily can help effectively lowers high blood pressure, which affects one in five adults.
