I was visiting one of my regular patients over the Easter period and saw a lovely card next to her bedside which was filled with the most beautiful selection of flowers. I had never come across such an unusual flower arrangement before which was so different to the usual bunch of standard flowers. I asked her where she had received the item from and she told me that her daughter had sent it to her. I asked if I could have a look at the back of it ... ...to send to my mother in law for her birthday. It stated that it had come from www.flowercard.co.uk needless to say I visited the website when I got home from work that evening and I was very pleasantly surprised at the range available. www.flowercard.co.uk is a company which is based in Guernsey in the Channel Islands and has been established for 10 years. They have attended Chelsea and Hampton Court flower shows and have collected several awards ...

I ordered two flower cards, one for the UK and one for abroad. Sadly the one destined for abroad had to be dried flowers but I knew and understood this before ordering. The ordering process was quick and simple with lots of choices and the site was extremely easy to navigate. As I had ordered over a bank holiday weekend delivery was delayed but this was clearly stated.The delivery arrived precisely on the day specified.

...delayed flowers on Ciao. Flowercard.co.uk came top of the list of flowers and gifts with three glowing reviews so I really had to investigate further. The company impressed me as the purchasing process was pretty easy throughout all stages of the process. The cards are full sized greetings cards roughly about 16 x 20.5cms. The selection of occasions covered by the cards is very comprehensive with bouquets for different birthdays and anniversaries ... ...but put my trust in Flowercard.co.uk and waited for my mum to contact me about her bouquet....... So what was my mum's reaction yo my thoughtful slightly unusual gift??
To quote an email from her "The flower card was gorgeous, what a great idea,much admired"
Apparently all her friends commented on how nice and unusual it was. Great it seems that the guarantee is cast iron after all I've not seen the flowers but I have had both verbal descriptions ...

I was a little dubious when I first stumbled across this site, which will create a card with real flowers inside that pop out once your lucky birthday boy or girl opens it with delight! But once I had seen the cheap prices on the website ranging from just £14 to £32, fully delivered I just had to buy one for my gardening fanatic of a friend, who loves anything to do with flowers! I ordered on the Friday morning, not really expecting it to be delivered ...
