Great site, fast delivery, good value.

Advantages: Fast delivery, discounts, easy to use
Disadvantages: None so far

I ordered some remote control toys for my godsons from here, they had a great selection, fast delivery and not a bad price! I found the website really easy to use, the navigation is fine, the categories, on the whole are clear and I love the orange! I was impressed with the speed of the delivery, I order 3 -4 working days and the toys arrived the next day, all well packaged and some information on how to get a discount next time you use the site ...

Moonpig Gives That Special Touch To Greetings Cards

Advantages: Different and good quality
Disadvantages: Expensive

Everybody knows the Moonpig advert which really says something about their clever advertising campaigns. Yes, they are expensive, but using the service is so easy and the cards are very special. I have used them for a couple of special birthdays recently and I certainly would use them again. The Moonpig website is very easy to use and when you land on the homepage you see immediately which categories are available. You do need an account but that ...
...it you want to. Once you have done that you can start designing your own card. Click on the category you want and off you go. It is very simple and you do get the option to change your mind should you want to. There is a huge range of choice here from conventional greetings cards to funny ones with spoof adverts on them. It is sometimes a bit difficult to decide exactly what you want, so it’s a good thing that you can change you choice if you wish. ...

A Beautiful Way To Send Flowers

Advantages: Novel
Disadvantages: None

I was visiting one of my regular patients over the Easter period and saw a lovely card next to her bedside which was filled with the most beautiful selection of flowers. I had never come across such an unusual flower arrangement before which was so different to the usual bunch of standard flowers. I asked her where she had received the item from and she told me that her daughter had sent it to her. I asked if I could have a look at the back of it ...
...to send to my mother in law for her birthday. It stated that it had come from www.flowercard.co.uk needless to say I visited the website when I got home from work that evening and I was very pleasantly surprised at the range available. www.flowercard.co.uk is a company which is based in Guernsey in the Channel Islands and has been established for 10 years. They have attended Chelsea and Hampton Court flower shows and have collected several awards ...

firebox- what a site!

Advantages: See Review
Disadvantages: See Review

...site? I stumbled across firebox.com when looking for a present for my friend's birthday. Now she is the kinda girl that has a rich boyfriend, pretty rich parents and a load of dosh herself so she has already bought everything that she has ever wanted (pretty much...) So I was stuck.. what do you get for the girl that has everything?? And luckily firebox came to my rescue! It is a shopping site FILLED with the most random, quirky, interesting, creative, ...
...wanted or even knew that they existed! The price range of the items goes from anywhere between around £5 and £1000 so theres a present to suit any budget! The site makes it easier to navigate the hundreds of items that are on the site as it splits it into sections like 'Top Gifts' 'Gadgets' 'Games' 'Geek' 'Ecofriendly' and loads more! There is even a cute section called 'Firetots where you can buy presents for the little ones which include some things ...

A terrible consumer experience

Advantages: Online
Disadvantages: So what they don't deliver

I tried to buy gifts before christmas but eventually found that the items were returned by the post to their warehouse about four days before I called them asking where was my purchase! They then told me that they could not help me when I asked for a manager or supervisor I was put on hold I never spoke to anyone before they cut me off. I called them back wiated through about 13 calls ahead of me told him who I was and believe it or not I was cut ...
...customers how bad my experience was.) Eventually I would not be beaten I just stayed on the phone till this was resolved, this did not happen after spending literally hours trying to fix things. I have sent numerous emails including my last which I addressed to the managing director to organise a refund and got no reply. I would say that they failed on every point of a retailer! My experience is one of the worst experiences of buying anything ...
