When I ventured onto the property market i needed a mower that could handle my front and rear gardens, but the garden's size didn't warrant the purchase of a petrol machine, and so this is where Flymo stepped in.
I wanted a mower that would not only cut and collect the grass but also leave it with that bowling green striped finish, enter the Visimo.
Perfect for the small to medium size garden, the Visimo boasts a 1200w motor, 32cm metal cutting blade, height adjustment from 20-60mm, rear roller, and vision collection window enabling the user to ''see'' when the grassbox is full and needs emptying.
Not only is it very quiet, complete with folding handles to save on storage space, but it is a bargain for what you receive in return for the small fee ...

Advantages: None that I can think of Disadvantages: This machine is not robust and broke the second time it was used
Let me start by saying I used to be a huge fan of Flymo. I have had their mowers for years but I figured that after many years faithful service it was time I upgraded my old mower so when I did to be honest I didn't look at other brands, I just went for my tried and trusted favourite manufacturer and I decided to buy their latest model. So, off I went to B&Q and came home with the new Glide Master.
Out of the box
I was really impressed when I got it home, for once I didn't have to put to together it was more or less ready to go straight out of the box with just a few minor tweaks. I was a little disappointed with the cord storage feature because to be honest all it is is a simple reel that clips on to the top of the mower which you wind the cord around. It did seem a little flimsy and actually not very impressive but ...
Advantages: Goodlooking, Value for money, Metal blades. Disadvantages: Nothing till date.
My purchase of Flymo PAC A Mow was the result of some intense research. I was looking for a not too costly mower,that had a metal blade and which would do a decent job.
Appearance:
The Flymo came in a bright orange and grey colour which lent some colour to my garage. It is really cool to look at. It can also nicely be packed away after use so dosent compete for much space.
Putting It Together:
Wasnt too complicated as there is an excellent leaflet that came with it. Took less than 15 minutes for my partner even though it was the first lawnmower that he saw up close!
Using/Operating it:
Flymo has 2 start stop levers on the upper handle of Flymo. You can use either one after first releasing the Lock-Off button on the switch box. This Lock-Off button is a good safety feature which will prevent the machine from turning ...
