Flymo L300 Petrol Hover Mower

For years, I had been ploughing (not literally) up and down my garden, which is long and thin with an electric hover mower of some make of other – it doesn’t matter which, I seem to get through them quite rapidly. I had my routine for doing it in two halves, moving my carefully orchestrated power-cables over at halftime. Then I got the “Ground Force” bug, building in a deck (with water feature of course!). With the new gardening season invading our lives at great speed, i thought i would offer my opinion about the best lawn mower I've used. Throughout the years i have both owned and used many different types of mower's, but i have never known anything as good as the Flymo GT4 petrol rotary hover mower, of which i have actually owned two. The first most striking thing is the fact that being of the hover variety, it floats and cuts at almost every angle making light work of steep banks and border areas, also being petrol driven you can use it anywhere and it releases you from the need and danger ... more
