For those of you who don't know, the drink, "Flyte", is the equivalent of the chocolate bar of the same name, and they are both made by Mars. I had never tried the drink before, but bought 2 35g sachets as they were on a 2 for 1 offer at Morrisons. The drink comes in powder form, but is very easy to make. Simply empty the contents of one single sachet, add hot water and stir. Personally, I prefer to add a dash of milk too to bring out the creaminess ... ...Mars claim that "Flyte" is 98% fat free, with the slogan "Big on chocolate, low on fat!" dominating the front of the packet. What they do not tell you, however, is that the drink contains 11.3g of carbohydrates per individual sachet, which is a lot higher than similar powdered drinks! The smell, however, is delightful. You can really smell the creaminess of the drink and its rich chocolatey aroma. As for taste...well all I can say is that you won't ...

I would like to share with you the only diet on this earth that I found really does work.
It's a seven day diet start to finish, no weighing and no counts. You should lose at least 1/2 a stone (if you dont cheat). I did I mean lose half a stone.
